Using our network

Accessing the Pioneer WiFi network is a simple process.  Open your internet browser and you will automatically be directed to the Pioneer WiFi website where you can select your Service Plan.  You will need the following to connect: 

1. Laptop computer with a wireless network card (802.11b or 802.11g specification).

2. Supported Operating System such as Windows 2000/XP or Macintosh OX 10.3 or later.  (Other operating systems may work if they have the proper device drivers.)

3. Supported Web Browser such as Windows Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, or Netscape. 

Most users will be able to connect without changing any of the settings on their computer.  If you are unable to connect call Customer Care and we will help you set up your computer.  This process normally takes just 5-10 minutes and can be accomplished over the phone.

Once you begin using the internet, our network will automatically keep track of your browsing time.  Remember to protect your password as it is the key to your account.  Pioneer WiFi will not be responsible for time used by others who have used your password to access your account.  If you suspect someone is using your account without your authorization contact Customer Care immediately.
